We do not hold stock and every piece is hand-made by our makers. Your piece will generally be ready within 4-6 weeks from ordering. This may change depending on the number of orders and complexity of the customisations. 

Please refer to the product page for the estimated lead time. You will be kept updated on the delivery date and progress of your order. Once your made-to-order piece has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-order pieces that are based on our standard size chart and that do not have any customisations or alterations are subject to our standard returns policy.

Any customised or altered made-to-order piece is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer our made-to-order pieces across our standard size range. Please refer to our size guide and the product measurements on the product page.

Don’t worry if you do not fall into the standard size range. We are able to offer simple customisations outside the size range. Simply drop us an email at customercare@essethelabel.com after placing your order. Please include your order number and body measurements in the email.

You might have missed our made-to-order window, we may have reached capacity or run out of fabrics allocated for the following product.

If you are interested in placing an order for an item, simply visit the respective product page and add your email to the waitlist. We recommend adding the email hello@essethelabel.com to your address book, so the email is delivered to your inbox.

We are able to accommodate simple customisations if you do not fall into the standard size range, or would like a piece tailored to your styling preference. Some customisations include:

-Top, bottom and dress lengths tailored to your height

-Creating a piece outside of our size range, for example 2XS or 3XL, etc.

-Tailoring the length of sleeves

-Mixing certain styling elements

-Adding/ removing certain functional details

Simply refer to the customisation menu on the product page for a full list of customisations available for the particular product.

There are no extra costs to some customisations. These include selecting a size outside our regular size range.

We add a charge to your order for all other customisations.

It is possible to customise your piece in another fabric or colour. This is dependent on fabric availability. You may select another fabric or colour based on what is available in our fabric library.
