Retail and Fulfilment Associate (Part Time)
As a fast-growing brand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Retail and Fulfillment Associate to join our team for a pop-up in January - February 2025. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences, and promoting our brand values. You will also be ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting our customers with their orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a passionate and friendly brand ambassador who can represent not just our products, but our core brand values.
- Provide high-quality customer service to each and every customer throughout their sales journey.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide tailored assistance to each individual customer and advise on the best products to suit their style/lifestyle needs.
- Assist in handling daily store operations, primarily: check-out procedures, organizing shelves and stocks, sales reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Provide back-up and help (where needed) for in-store events.
- Meet sales targets.
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels including receiving and organizing stock.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Support the team with other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- An outgoing and friendly personality with superior communication skills, who enjoys interacting and connecting with a variety of different people to build and nurture close relationships.
- A results-driven, expedient problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- An excellent team player with a “no task is too small” attitude and the willingness to take responsibility for their actions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
